License Agreement

By Installing, copying or using the software you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the software end-user license agreement. Full details of the agreement are shown when the software is installed.

EziSolution Systems grants the registered user of the software package the right to use one copy of the software under the registered name on a single computer or a local area network for a specified number of users on that network. The software package can be copied and distributed as is without any modifications for demonstration purposes only, however, if the new user wishes to continue using the software package after the initial 37 day trial period, the customer must purchase or rent a new license from EziSolution Systems for that package. 

One license key is required for each retail outlet or business. A two user license supports two stations or workstations for one store or business

Our Software is Licensed not Sold. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Software and Documentation are provided under License, and not sold, to Licensee.

Disclaimer

EziSolution Systems provides the software on as is basis, and makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are error free or meet any users particular standards, requirements, or needs.

EziSolution Systems disclaims any claim for or right to recover any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if EziSolution Systems has been specially advised of the possibility of such damages.

Returns Policy

License keys purchased from EziSolution Systems or any of our authorized resellers are considered final. No returns will be accepted. 

Privacy Policy

The information collected on this website will not be shared or made public and we only use this information to contact the user to send product keys and in case of support requested by the user.

Please note that we do use third part payment gateway processors, and you need to check their own privacy policy and agree to it before you make your payment through them, we do not collect any information regarding your credit or debit card used to make payments nor your Paypal account or crypto currency payment gateway.
